Shota Arveladze - the best scorer in the history of Georgia will now lead the Uzbek team. Shota Arveladze played for teams Martve, Dynamo (Georgia), Trabzonspor (Turkey), Ajax and AZ (Holland), Rangers (Scotland) and Levante (Spain).
He finished his career in 2008 and became an assistant coach Louis van Gal at club AZ. In 2010-2012 he was the head coach of the Turkish Kayserispor, from 2012 to 2015 led the club "Kasimpasa". From 2016 to 2017 he was the head of the Israeli "Maccabi".
On the same day, "Pakhtakor" will contract with a 30-year-old Montenegro defender Marko Simic.
